Scott Reis

Scott Reis

General Manager

Scott is an experienced manager of food service operations having worked as general manager at several well-known local restaurants as well as having managed a highly successful restaurant in San Angelo, Texas before returning to Lancaster County.   His reputation includes strong leadership and development skills, as well as a 100% commitment to pleasing both guests and staff under his supervision.  Scott is a graduate of the New York Restaurant School in New York City and is an AFC Certified Culinarian.  His focus at Meadia Heights will be on expanding the already successful banquet and outing activities as well as growing the wedding planning and wedding reception business.

Scott Sklar

Head Golf Professional & Director of Membership

Scott attended Methodist University where he majored in the Professional Golf Management Program located in Fayetteville, North Carolina.  In 2009, he graduated from Methodist with his Class A Certification to the PGA and a Degree in Business Administration.  Before coming to Meadia Heights, Scott was Head Golf Professional at Patriots Glen in Elkton, Maryland and Tanglewood Golf Club in Quarryville, Pennsylvania.

Banquet Manager

Kelly obtained her degree in Human Communication Studies with a minor in Technical/Professional Writing from Shippensburg University. After graduating, Kelly has worked in various golf clubs, country clubs, and restaurants where she has gained ample experience in management and event execution. Most recently, she was an event coordinator and manager at a well-known golf club in Lebanon Pennsylvania. At Meadia Heights, she will concentrate on planning and operating high quality events ranging from weddings to corporate meetings and golf outings.

Mary Nicholas

Mary Nicholas

Executive Chef

Mary has most recently come from Autumn House in York as the Executive Chef. She brings over 20 years of experience in the food industry with over 10 years at the Double Tree where she worked her way to the Executive Chef position. Mary loves utilizing fresh local ingredients and highlighting the best of the season with her food. She has been featured in many local magazine including, Taysted magazine for entree and chef profile, Fine Living Lancaster’s “food fight” section presenting dishes using the selected ingredients, and has been featured in Lancaster newspapers for employing and working with special needs employees.

Tom Manchak

Tom Manchak

Golf Course Superintendent

A graduate of Penn State Course and Turf Grass Management, Tom has preserved Meadia Heights Golf Club fairways and greens for over 30 years. He began his career as the Assistant Superintendent in 1975 and in 1979 became the Superintendent. We are fortunate to have possibly the best maintained course in the area thanks to Tom.
