Scott Reis
General Manager
Born and raised in Bridgewater, NJ, Scott has worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. With a graduate degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, Scott has overseen multiple restaurants in New Jersey, Texas, and Maryland before settling down in Lancaster with his girlfriend Nicole. Starting out as the Food and Beverage Director, Scott has welcomed the challenge of overseeing all aspects of club operations. As the General Manager, Scott is 100% committed to providing an exceptional experience to our members and their guests.

Scott Sklar
Head Golf Professional & Director of Membership
Scott attended Methodist University where he majored in the Professional Golf Management Program located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. In 2009, he graduated from Methodist with his Class A Certification to the PGA and a Degree in Business Administration. Before coming to Meadia Heights, Scott was Head Golf Professional at Patriots Glen in Elkton, Maryland and Tanglewood Golf Club in Quarryville, Pennsylvania.

Mary Nicholas
Food & Beverage Director
Mary has most recently come from Autumn House in York as the Executive Chef. She brings over 20 years of experience in the food industry with over 10 years at the Double Tree where she worked her way to the Executive Chef position. Mary loves utilizing fresh local ingredients and highlighting the best of the season with her food. She has been featured in many local magazine including, Taysted magazine for entree and chef profile, Fine Living Lancaster’s “food fight” section presenting dishes using the selected ingredients, and has been featured in Lancaster newspapers for employing and working with special needs employees.

Bob Rosensteel
Golf Course Superintendent
Bob is a graduate of the Penn State Turfgrass Management program, and has been at Meadia Heights for over 35 years. "Rosie" brings a tremendous amount of local knowledge to the job and is eager to make Meadia a premier, well conditioned golf course. Along with his wife, Nanci, Bob enjoys playing golf and hopes to gear his maintenance program towards providing a pleasurable and rewarding golf experience. Be sure to say "Hi" when you see him around the course.
