Steak & Martini Night - Sunday June 14th
Chef Eric has a new twist on the steaks it will include the following: U.S. “Prime” Filet Mignon, Tournedos Oscar, Prime Rib, Buffalo Flank Steak, Tuna Steak and Salmon Steak. Jeff will create a list of special martinis. I will personally prepare Flaming Cherries Jubilee and Bananas Foster in both dining rooms. Our regular A’la Carte menu will be available. Enjoy an evening of fine dining and invite friends. Take Dad out for dinner, then bring him to Sunday Brunch.

Father's Day Brunch - Sunday - June 15th
We will serve continually in the ballroom from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm. Seating is available in all dining rooms. Made to order Omelets with additional breakfast dishes plus Steamship Round of Beef, carved to order, Seafood, Chicken, Pasta, Homemade Soups, Vegetables, Salad Bar and of course a large dessert table.

Beef & Beer - Spuds & Suds - Friday June 20th
This is now becoming a favorite among the members. If you haven’t joined us before, plan to be here. Steamship is carved with all the trimmings, plus a large salad bar with twelve toppings. A Potato Bar featuring Baked Idaho Potato with Ten Toppings is included. All Draft Beer is 1.50 and House Wines 2.50. Reservations are not required, but they are a good idea.

Family Picnic Poolside with Fireworks - Friday June 27th
Food is setup about 5:30 pm until 8:00 pm. Char-broiled Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Barbecued Chicken Breast with all the condiments. Old Fashioned Baked, Beans, Macaroni Salad, Cole Slaw, Pickles and Chips Adults 9.95 Children 4.95 We will have a beverage cart available with a variety of Beer and Wine. The snack bar will stay open late. The Fireworks are compliments of the City. If you walk up the hill on #12, you will have a perfect view of the city fireworks. Bring flash lights for the return walk.
